Andrew Walheim, Esquire

        Mr. Walheim joined The Law Offices of Erik C. Peterson in 2002.  He concentrates his practice in general Real Estate and Business transactional matters as well as Estate Planning.  He represents clients in the leasing, purchasing, and sale of Commercial and Residential Real Estate, the formation, purchase and sale of business entities, and various other issues relating to the client’s business.  Additionally, Mr. Walheim represents clients in all of their Estate Planning needs including drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives, and more comprehensive Estate Plans.
 
        Mr. Walheim is a member of both the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars.  He graduated from The Catholic University of America (B.A. in Politics) in 1998 and received his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in 2002.
